The latter, storage facilities, presented a unique challenge, as Abhishek oversaw both climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled storage facilities. These complex projects necessitated close collaboration with various stakeholders, including city departments, civil engineers, architects, geotechnical engineers, and soil scientists.


A Shift Towards Residential Entitlements
In the past five years, Abhishek Yerra redirected his focus towards residential entitlements, marking a significant milestone in his career. This phase of his journey involves the transformation of agricultural lands into valuable real estate assets. The process involves a comprehensive approach, navigating the intricate landscape of annexations and zoning regulations to secure the most favorable and dense zoning designations for landowners.
